Is it just me, or did TGC just install an annoying new feature that drops a toolbar down from the top of the browser and opens a pop-up window every time I try to copy text from a post? (Ctrl + C) I don't see it on other sites so I assume it's something they did.

Yes,and it annoys me as well,despite the option of closing it.

The "Learn More" button gets on my nerves

I get the popup windows when I highlight text, but I'm not getting the drop-down scrolling bar thing that someone else posted here;

I get both. I don't mind the bar so much, but that pop-up made me think I had spyware. I copy text all the time. Why would you do that when someone copies text? Did you just assume that they were copying it to post on MySpace or whatever other social site you like? Bad idea!

Sorry MOD's, I didn't see the other thread for this when I made this one. Go ahead and lock it if you want to.

Once I clicked on the top-left button (arrows) it doesn't appear again, even when going to new pages...using latest FF.

Why would they add this in the first place?
Just go here and disable it:
http://www.apture.com/support/optout/

Things like this should default to opt-in only, not opt-out.
