Ok, I get the idea that DarkBasicClassic mainly prefers you to load .x meshes, scenes, animations, etc. into your programs instead of .3ds files. I am using gmax, exporting to .md3, and need to convert it to .x to I can use the models in my game. Does anybody know of a good program that will convert .md3s to .xs while still keeping the animation? Thanks a bunch,

you can't use them for DBC anyway.
md3 is meshdeformation normally, not supported by DBC

Thanks Dreamflower, I decided to use all .x files for my meshes, so I have a couple more questions.
1. Does md3 support animations?
2. I am thinking about buying Amapie designer 7, does that support animation and what do you think of it?

Thanks for your help,
Juvy
