does anyone know how to create particles or do effects with shooting see in thiss game the weapons are futuristic and really dont shoot bullets but im trying to create some good lighting effects,laser beams and explosions but arent sure how to i need a little code to get me started in the right direction.thankyou very much

It's basically lots of ghosted planes, that are textured and layered on top of each other. I also scale them to create a fluxuating effect, you use the same principle for explosions. You could always use the dbpro buildt in particle system, but that limits you to coloured squares unfortunately.
