I see loads of anticipation threads, so I suppose I'm allowed to add this one

The sequel to trackmania is coming out soon. If you don't know what Trackmania is (and are therefore incomplete), It's an arcade racer, where you build tracks from tiles. It's essentially the FPSC of racing games . You're given an awesome handling car and a mass of pieces to build with

The "second" one is coming out in september, but if you order it now you get you're hands on the Beta as soon as you can download it.

I'll leave you to look at the trailer, that explains it best. Anybody else have/want this yet?


and btw, I am more proud with this than anything I've ever done, ever.

I'll probably get it - personally I prefer Trackmania Nations, just the stadium, but with lots of players online. I kinda wish they'd make a 360 version of Nations - rather than beeing seemingly partnered with Nintendo.

There's a new one coming out? Incredible, that I've only heard about that now - really love Trackmania since the very first game came out, spent hours playing it with friends, especially the "puzzle" mode was entertaining, as well as building fancy tracks with loopings and what not... definitely an awesome game for evenings with friends.

I'll probably get this one and play it until Skyrim's finally out.

Put too many hours into trackmania to count back in the day. Haven't played it for a while but I'll probably pick this up.

never played either of them. the last racing game i played was drift city. i only stoped was due to server change. so much money i've invested. in the end i was left scrap. so i stopped playing. i might give trackmania a try.

i did. all my cars didn't feel the same anymore. i had to power up my cars again. was alot of work. i lost most of my items and was given worthless items for my old purchased items. my mr2 spyder and my eclipse was so slow and worthless that i gave up. i couldn't even win a single mission since i was already on the 3rd city. oh well screw drift city. trackmania here i come!!
