Is there anyway of doing one animation in Milkshape, then importing it into DBPro, and have different models perform it. Or do I have to assign them individually in Milkshape?

As long as you use the same limb names for each model, you should be able to use the APPEND OBJECT command to do exactly what you want.

Is it possible to use that with sperate objects.....
Say you had one object for the shin, and another for the foot, and you wanted them to follow an animation you did for the whole leg. Would they do the right part if you named their limbs appropriately??

Are you're constructing these components in DBPro?

If so the easiest way to do it is to create a generic animated "skinny" model then use GLUE OBJECT TO LIMB to attach your new components. These objects will not use any mesh deformation though.

If you want to be more efficient, you could experiment with the ADD LIMB and LINK LIMB commands, but I'm not sure how you would create limb names for these new limbs?

If you're trying to use this to create changable clothing for your characters I suggest you mess around with TEXTURE OBJECT for a really simple solution.

Yeah, that's the sort of thing, but I don't think I could manage it just with texturing. But the Glueing (spell) idea is brilliant. I'll give that a go. Thanx!!
