I was wondering if you make a game could you make it to be played online insted of them downloading it?

uhh even if you made your game online (and you cna have online support for your games ect.) people will still have to download it games that you don't have to downlaod would be like shockwave games or javascript games ect..web based games these games are not web based

you still have to download javascript and shockwave games. They are downloaded to your temporary internet files folder. They are just run from your browser.
Everything you look at or play on the internet has to be downloaded, so no you cant make a game you can play on the internet without downloading it.
