Hey

I am making a first person shooter game with dark basic. I was wondering... is it better to use a person and place the camera right in front of his head, or is it best to just have the camera floating in mid-air, with guns sticking out?

Thanx
~Sully

Most the real, professional ones (like half-life) just have a floating camera, with a gun model sticking out.

make a multiplayer game first. i am working on one now and it is hard. even if you had the image of the character in the players game you would still have to send it to the other players for them to see anyways.

its not a bug its a ... a ... a extra feature!
