When I try to start DB (registered download version) I get an error box

The DB.EXE file is liked to
missing export DDRAW.DLLirectDrawCreateEx

This started after I installed DirectX 9.0 on my W98 system (256K RAM, 20GB disk, 1.6 MHz).

Anybody else with this problem? Or a solution?

Maybe try installing dx again? This would only work if it didn't install properly the last time. Otherwise try installing a newer driver for your graphics card, you should find one on the manufacturers website.

and if that fails, you may need a newer version of the dll, try here...
