I have Astra2000P scanner and Paint Shop pro 3. I would like to know how do I scan pictures to be kind of lineart like anime. I use Vista scan to scan my pictures.

try importing then pick your scanner.

theres a few programs that will convert a bitmap image to a vector or line art image. The professional package Ive used at work the most is adobe streamline. look for programs that will convert 2d bitmaps to a vector format like eps.
