If you haven't heard of Razor's new laptop, take a look:
http://www.razerzone.com/blade

It's suppose to come out soon, possible end of this month. The specs are on par with a 17" macbook pro, and unfortunately so is its price at $2800! Is it worth it? Spec-wise, no because you could get a more powerful laptop for the money. But if you ask me, this is the best looking laptop I've seen in awhile. If they dropped the price by $1k I would most likely buy one, but with the huge price tag I can't see spending that much on a laptop that doesn't seem to include an optical drive.

Well, look at it this way, if it actually was an apple product, you'd have to pay $5000+ for it because of a shiny white logo on the back

, but aside from that:

For the price your paying for it, it almost seems to be cheeper than I'd expect. That switchblade UI looks pretty cool and the specs match up to play DX11, that's pretty amazing, and it's nice to see a gaming laptop that isin't just pumped up with amazing specs, weights 30 pounds and when turned on, is as bright and color full as a combiniaton of the sun and a rainbow. I like the simplicity and elegrence of it, it's a really nice peice of tech.

I am not a fan of MLP , but that's just me
