Well here it is untextured. Just colored in a bit. Tell me what you would change, and anything/everything odd you notice about it.

Or look at this (its a wee bit smaller image)

Original model by WindTech. I added the spikey hair and fixed up his face a bit, and made the arms longer (that was the hardest part LOL jk)

is that a in game model or just a model?
1534 polys is a lot you could reduce a good 800 polys or so.

It will be in game when we finish it Actually, 1534 is NOT a lot of polies. 125,000 ran at 25fps on a 1 ghz machine. Not bad. So I could be running a good 70 of these guys and still be running pretty well.

Houdi,

Hmm..I've seen the thing before..Give us a straight up front/side view of him. It seems to my eye that the arms are WAY too long, and the legs too short. And a wireview. 1500 polys isn't that bad really. My chars run at 2000!

However human proportion is diffucult to tack down, since one thing depends on another. The texture will make or break this bad boy. After it's been textured send it my way, and I'll use my lightwave to bake in GI to the UVs. I'm gonna be getting my commerical license soon(got get some cash, I'm on a student license now.)

Keep us posted if you please!

Animation is what really slows things down. Always get as low as possible.
