Could somebody explain me how can we build .apk using Tier 2 with Visual C++ 2010? Also, how can we set it's icon?

Through, i've posted this topic, i won't bump the older one. I couldn't understand you exactly Lee. I use Visual C++ to write the code, using AppGameKit libraries, and then what should i do to compile it to .apk?
All of that is that is to make sure AppGameKit is nice enough for me to purchase it.
