Ok, can we have the UV template now?

EDIT: now it showed up, after I posted, how strange. Ok, I'm on it.

Looks like you've scared off the competition Design Runner Hopefully there are others out there that didn't post, trying to sneak up on you.

You're not crazy, I typed the whole post, then editted to upload the files (didn't want to lose all those words). I didn't expect anyone to be so fast.

Is that the same 5 already handed out? Anyways, why the lack of interest everyone? What could I do to make this more appealing? I'm a bit stumped on this one

But as it is now i agree: why the lack of interest?

I know how much this community loves their pictures, so I've moved them in here.

Thanks Quik. I completely understand though School always has gotten in the way of productivity hasn't it

I suppose you mean from the early stages? Yeah, much improved. Thanks for taking the extra steps when it was "just born" too! I thought I was crazy though, hoping I wasn't being taken for another old_school here sometimes I wonder... But thanks again!

Excuse any cynical reactions to this but,

I'm not following?

If this is for Tf2, then if your item is published you get paid.

That should really be mentioned in the first post and what 3D people here will probably already know.

Quote: "Q: How does the item publishing process work?
A: Like this:
...
If selected we contact you then integrate the item into Team Fortress 2.
We test your item.
We add it to the game and split the money your item generates in the Mann Co. store with you."

Competitions are fun and all when they don't hold agendas behind them. If your more transparent about this then people will probably be more willing.
The original post without the prize was the classic ' Ill put you in the credit's '

You might be better off painting this yourself mate, it'll save the hassle.

Oh sorry. I never meant to hide that bit, I was just a little unsure how I would treat it. I meant mention it alongside the due dates as debatable and up for community suggestions. It slipped my mind in that extensive ramble. Probably came of as a scam routine didn't it? Well I'm happy to announce it's debatable and up for community suggestions Sorry for the confusion and thanks for the catch aswell Lazerus

By the way, I haven't seen your work in the Posting Competition in a while, I have to say I miss it

Anyways, that could be a very ligitimate reasion for the confusion.

When you say it that way it does sound pretty lame I was quite unsettled from the start. As I said, it felt a bit weak, but I couldn't get any feedback from anyone on the concept.

Better off on my own? quite possibly at this point
