I really dont see a difference other then brand name. Which one would be better to buy?

Both are pretty much the same. The Gigabyte version is factory overclocked and usually have a sligthly better cooling (I own a GTX550Ti by Gigabyte myself).

Which one is better?

GeForce GTX 560 Super Overclock

OR

AMD Radeon HD 6870 Graphics

I'm trying to stay under $200 but get a 256 bit with direct X1. I need it to be able to run all of todays games between high and ultra. Which one would be the best?

If you want to run at high resolution and with high end textures, I'd highly recommend getting a card with 2gb of onboard ram. Many games will fill it up. Once you fill up the gpu ram, performance dies (and you'd have to lower the graphics).
