Hello.

Just 10 mins ago my laptop had a bsod while I was watching a youtube video. I didn't see the code of the bsod, but then my computer restarted this is what came up in a window:



At the time it had a bsod it was not overheating. I think this may be a software issue than a hardware issue. This is the first bsod on this laptop ever so I have no experience.

If you are using Chrome/Firefox, the problem is with Flash. Go to youtube and watch a video, right click on it and go to Settings. Then untick enable hardware acceleration and its fixed.
