You can't. Your best bet would be to email.

Some users have an e-mail button at the bottom of the posts, although whether they use their active e-mail address there (a poor idea when you consider bots that collect information like this) is another issue.

Alternately you can view the user's profile with the 'profile' button (again, at the bottom of the message, instead of as a link in the user's name), and post a message in one of their latest threads and hope that they see it.

If you view the source you'll see some mild obfuscation. While it's not perfect it's also better than nothing.

It defeats the purpose of a forum. Why post in a public area with encrypted messages? A forum is supposed to be a place where you can contribute your view on things to everyone else so naturally it will piss off people.
