Well, when i named my game (HellBorn: Wounded Prey), I came up with a really lame name, like Devil Prey or something (can't remember what it was) and then i went to thesaurus.com and found synonyms of each word (words that mean the same) and then put them together to form what i have now...

If you think about it, that is how most games are named... The only one that i can think of at the moment is Diablo... which means, simply, Devil...

Hope I Helped...

well, it most cases the name really reflects on the game and it's story, even splinter cell and MGS are examples of this. I'd advice you to think out a storyline before you start naming (ironically though, you could think up a name and base your game on your choice )

how about "retriever", "fadeaway", "ghost" etc...

Or you can always use the newbie style of having a horrendously verbose title like:

Stealth Fighter Infiltration: Shadows of the Armaggedon Wars, Part One

or the Japanese / Neo Geo style of stacking adjectives:

Super Ultra-Mega Infiltrator Deluxe

erm... from... um... well... there is... um... of course you could... well... i might... um...

To tell... the.. um... truth... it's nowhere near finished, and is made in DBPro, since i downloaded the trial version of DBPro, i converted it all from DBC into the DBPro and it's kinda crappy...

BUT! you can get an exe file from Here
or;
You can get the DBPro source and included files Here,
if you like, although, you will be quite disapointed, lol...

The exe file is a self-extrctor ~1.4Mb...
The source is a .rar ~300kb
The game controls are:
Arrow keys to move
Hold Shift to run
Space to Jump (there is a delay between consecutive jumps to make the game a bite harder)
Press Enter to have the screen slide sideways (a future menu)

You can also have a look at Image-2-HTML Converter that i made...

lol, winzip won't work for extracting the files, the file is compressed in .rar format, and winzip doesn't like it...

You can get Winrar here to be able to etract the files (it's just like winzip)

And the link to the Image-2-HTML converter is;
http://darkbasicpro.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=19043&b=10

Hope That Helped...

Btw, did you try the exe file? that works fine, and should run perfectly...

lol... Thanks Darwin...

@Hamish:
Yes, you are... lol...

And it is still quite bland, and i am probably going to fix it up soon... lol... but you know, it'll definatly be finsihed within the next 10 years... lol

I want to impliment file parsing, and reading in settings and stuff, and once ive done that, i can go for it... but i just never really got round to it... lol...

Didn't Really Help This Time...

If you like... but be warned, i don't have a "finished goal" ie, i don't really know what it should be like when its finsihed, i could just update some of the elements of the current engine and say... "Yeah, that's what i wanted all along" lol...
