sorrie if i wasent clear i seem to forget the main details yes a picture editor =)

paint shop pro my parents have on there comp but i don't know how they got it there...is there a place i can download it from or somthing?

Well, one is called Paint Shop Pro, the other is called Photoshop.

It's easy, do a search in google, just punch those in with "" and you'll get results instantly...

Show a bit of initiative...

as long as it can same bitmaps and the like you'll be fine.
and you really dont have to search for things with quotes. the first few results will be close to what you typed.
