Hi all,
I recently discovered an open-source re-creation of the GoldSrc engine on ModDB, known as
Xash3D. It currently supports around 90% of all GoldSrc mods and can play through all of Half-Life without problems. Multiplayer is apparently nonworking as far as I know, but this could be the beginning of a PSP\DS port of this legendary game.
Such a port would be a huge improvement compared to this Quake mod for PSP:
