The update is only for T1

no support for T2

I get told all the time that T2 is well supported, yet....

Tier 2 works great, when they give us good templates. Which they haven't for a while and I cannot get anything from v108<x> to successfully compile and link. I can create a template that compiles, but it won't link because of missing libraries.

We really hope they fix this problem. We keep complaining about it.

Indeed, my wifi has stopped working on mine, other than that, it has randomly restarted during the night and my fans have started to sound weird.

Hopefully the sensor commands will work though

Ancient Lady, the latest update with sensors is only for T1, how can you say that T2 works great?!!!

I mean when there is a working T2 setup for a version. v1076 works just fine across all platforms.

For v1082, I was able to get T2 working for iOS/Mac and Android. It is, sadly, only in Windows that v108<x> doesn't work for T2.

And we keep telling them that and we keep not getting a working v108<x> Tier 2 setup.

I did NOT mean that T2 works in v108<x> across the board.

But he clearly has the libraries needed to link (that is the main problem). If they would include those libraries in the v108 delivery, it should be enough to build T2.

Does anyone know how to detect if the screen is a touchscreen? I used getMultiTouchExists() on Windows 7 with a standard screen, and it returned "1" so this isn't a valid test.

Windows 7 has touch screen capability. So, I suspect the getMultiTouchExists() will return 1 even if the hardware does actually support it.

The hard part is getting Windows to narc on the monitors and say what they can do. I have two monitors (on all but my portable computer) and one is a touch screen and the other isn't (Windows doesn't support dual touch screens). Yet the device mangler (deliberate spelling) just reports both as generic plug and play and doesn't say anything about capabilities. It appears to only talk about the capabilities of the display card they are attached to. The touch screen monitor uses a USB connection to report touches, acting like a mouse.
