Has anyone else here seen 3d-tool?

I was introduced to it recently by an industial designer.
A quick explination from the web site:
"3D-Tool is a 3D-Viewer for several 3D-file formats. IGS, STEP, STL, SLP, XGL, 3DS, OBJ, DXF, ASC Files usually produced by (nearly) all 3D-CAD programs are supported. Especially for Pro/ENGINEER users, the program 3D-Tool can read the SLP (Render) file format with parts or complete assemblies that includes smooth and color information. You can visualize your data in nearly the same look like in Pro/E"

Just thouht I'd let people know.
