a modle of an uru ki(sp? lord of the ring tough orc things)? My freinds are lord of the ring freeks and I think it would be cool to make the Helm's Deep battle, were we could all play online (one of my buds has 3 comps linked together) to fight the orcs. (course they would half to be in the 1000 or less poly range)

not sure if it will help but you could try kazaa, but make sure you don't try and market the game cos most stuff on kazaa is pirated.

also have you found a model of gimli in a file format supported by milkshape3d?

doubt it, but the models would be pretty easy to make...
i'd suggest getting some screenshots of EA Pacifics current title in the works (can't 'member the name) and a copy of Wings3D.

shouldn't take long to make copies and then throw in some animations.
