My uncle has one. He likes it a lot. Works well. I'd recommend getting one that just plugs straight into your router. You might also want to check out other VOIP providers. If you use standard VOIP you have wayyy more options.

I use Dualphones. They plug into the normal phone system but also are Skype phones. They nicely do not require a PC to work and even show things like the image of the person who is phoning. Nice.
