I am following the Building an Android App video and, after running the Android SDK Tools Setup (installer_r17-windows.exe), the Android SDK Manager is launched with only a few options (in the video, many options are shown) as shown in the attached screen image. I will very much appreciate any comments.

Then install r21 instead. Or install the update.
