Hey guys,

Last year I worked on a game called Puzzle Retreat with my good friends at The Voxel Agents, and the game is set to be released on January 31st. I'd love it if you'd pop over to their Facebook and have a gander. It's a logic puzzler made by a pretty fantastic bunch of people.

Thanks for reading! I should get back to making arcade games

Cheers for the props

I didn't code it, just did concept art/design. It was programmed in Unity.

Ahh very nice I liked it. Good job, you might try taking it to a publisher.

It'll be self published on iOS for now. Their last two games have sold a lot of units this way, so they are sticking to that. iOS is a fickle market, but if you can land in the top 50 for a few weeks, it really can be beneficial.

Email me at [email protected] and I can talk to John about reviewing it and maybe helping you publish it.

@Dar13 - Yeah. I don't work there, I was brought in for a few months to help with the art/design. Henrik, the lead designer, is my housemate. It'll be interesting to see how this game affects the company. There is a lot riding on it, as is the case with all small developers. Interestingly, the guy who did the final art on the game was the lead artist on Fruit Ninja and most of Halfbrick's other games. It's a pretty small dev community in Australia!

Quality stuff, looks great. I like the paint kind of art style. I'd nab it but I don't have an iPhone/iPad. Good job!
