Mojangs The Scrolls game being developed is already the top listing for the 'scrolls' keyword; Elder Scrolls is 4 listings down, behind a few Wiki entries for the terminology. At least this is the case in the UK.

Not sure if anyone cares really, but Mojang got through a lawsuit for using the term 'scrolls', but cannot trademark it.

it's been that way for a looong time as far as i'm concerned

and ofc they cannot trademark Scrolls - that would, as far as i'm concerned be utterly ridiculous.


on a more awesome note - i'm excited for the game!
