darkbasic lite is darkbasic classic with all its features (this includes the enhanced pack and all that), but one things left out you cant create standalones.

Actually, DBLite does not support the Enhancement Pack. I really do not suggest getting DBLite: for a few extra bucks you could have DB(Classic) in which you can actually make decent games for others to play.
