Mouse: I would recode SF2000 in DBPro but ATM DBPro doesnt compile any of the original SF2000 source , this means that I would have to completely recode the entire game from scratch not very easy for eighteen months work . As soon as DBPro can compile DB stuff with the minimum of fuss, i know the bob's etc are removed I dont have a problem with that but getting an error on 'if keystate( keys(4))=1' really doesnt make you want to use DBPro for a professional language.

ATM im working on Hunted in Blitz3d if anyones interested info can be found on www.blitzcoder.com

Er, that's odd. Didn't see the most recent posts: Clicking on the thread didn't load page 2!

Edz: I know what a nightmare that would be . Still, please keep a section of your site for SF2000, it was famous.

Sorry I won't go to the blitz site... would make me too mad. Too much pointless DB bashing. Kind of like the pointless BB bashing on the DB forums, eh? Like flame said, us homo sapiens need to learn to get along

What? Peace? Harmony? I think not. I heard Lee Bamber say that Mark Shilbys mom wears army boots. And then Mark told Lee Bamber "Everyone has the right to be ugly, but you abused the privilege" Its awfull.

Mouse if you want to look at Hunted have a look at:

I am currently recoding SF2000 in Blitz (this is done because it seems to have much better variable handling than DBPro), if you send me an email ( ed@edzup.co.uk ) I will keep you posted as to how its getting on

well haven't got much time for anything program related at the moment.

Work takes up alot of time, and I have just started back in college doing a HNC in computer science, ECDL Advanced and I'm gonna resit my A-level Maths and Physics, to try and bump them up to an A from a C.

John111, nice to see you .

Haggisman, I realized that (see second post)... smart of him, those forums are good forums, but the community there has serious problems.

las, I don't remember you myself ... but that's because I became a lot less active around that time. Too busy coding and with Real Life (TM). But I'm sure some more knowledgeable oldbies than me (read: all other oldbies) will remeber ya .

Well Gumby is now in one of the other posts - perhaps seeing him again will remind everyone...
Seriously I'd like to know what he actually is!
Perhaps have been better to say he is Morph if someone used an iron on him ... but knowing my luck that was only in the UK too
