There doesn't seem to be a way to detect the ALT key.

Interestingly, ALT GR (the right ALT) returns the same as CTRL (17).

ALT should return 18 but returns nothing.

I can confirm this in v108b11. Both left and right shift return 16, as both control keys return 17. Alt returns nothing, but it may be because it's moving focus to the title bar.

Yep, this is a big deal for me, as my current game is going into hardware which uses ALT keymap by default.

The alt key doesn't have a scan code for AGK.

Because they are trying to do a map for all devices, they don't cover all keys on the keyboard.
