Jasac Animation Shop
Microsoft Movie Maker
Adobe Premier/AfterEffects/Photoready

dunno best to do a search... right now i'm working on a form of Motion Jpeg (or atleast a similar format) so that i can have nice small movies without needing to install a codec on the target system.
I mean i've still yet to see a PC format with the compression and Quality level of MPEG, even DivX fails to deliver the same quality level as Playstation's MDEC format.

i've got some info on the format if you wanna take a gander, might help to create one in dbp.

Virtual dub, it's even free.

Mpeg is generally the best solution for good compression and playback on the largest number of systems.
