The title says it all. How can I make movies, with what program, in a .avi or .mpeg or some format of that type to be used in Dark Basic? Well, cinema events and stuff.

I'm assuming any program that can make 3d models, but don't take my word. i use 3DS Max, which is the best in my opinion, cuz its the only one i know. that makes everything. i know Maya, Softimage, and Lightwave also do the same, and these are all what professionals use in film/games, so expect the price to be professional as well

anim8or is FREE! and can make .avi's so if you want to then thats probably the best/cheapest way.

I agree with 'ReD_eYe'! Anim8or is one of the best and cheapest (basically because it's free ). Also it is very easy to use

Programming is one of the first steps to become an individual...

yes, how would you do such a thing? It looks only good for animating objects, appearing to be more good for action, not movie.
