To be fair they'll prolly be quite low priced and if they're streamed I suspect a subscription could be involved (like OnLive). Unfortunately my internet sucks here, I live in a small village so we don't get a big broadband speed, so I can't actually use OnLive, so I suspect by proxy I won't be able to use any of these game streaming services.
The idea of 'always online' with the XBox One is a turn off because my internet isn't always that great and I don't like feeling restricted, so I don't see myself taking over to a mate's and playing, like I used to with my 360. I can even make Steam go offline, the only reason I don't is because my PC is constantly on the net regardless and I use Steam to chat. Still, the option is there at least. Though I am still not fond of much of the DRM used on PCs, but we all know that debate.
It's a shame it's not true backwards compatability, but it's only a handful of PS3 exclusives I wouldn't have minded playing. I can see why they've done it that way, it made the original PS3 too expensive and they probably wanted to focus on the PS4 itself. For PS2/PS1 games, Playstation 2s go pretty cheap (my old one is knackered) and are still around, so it's no biggy really, heck, my GameCube still lives, just a shame my TV isn't very good at scaling SD. I know there's emulation, but I don't think that's technically legal unless you acquire the bios off of your own console (and of course use your own games).
