im using Tier 1 and i want to know how can i achive these 3
as they are extremlly needed for my app.

yes because ram,sd,hd,usb,cd,dvd,net ... drives
and else the apps at android are run more in a sand box.
at windows the exe starts in F:\ but my write path is C:\ ...
