I am new to DBC:

I loaded a .X file into a simple program and tried to use the built in collision.If I use global collision I can't 'walk' thru an empty space. If I use Box collision The only collision I get is the last 'wall' I created(Cart..Shop)for the.X file.Is this normal for .X files?
I know that there is a .dll for collision and lots of code in the examples I have found .I am trying out all the commands for DBC to learn how they work(or don't)..

Greets,

Yep, the DLL is available from the link below. Currently only the older 1.5 version is available for Classic. In about a week we're going to release 2.01 for Classic and it'll probably be one of the most powerful solutions available for DBClassic and DBPro alike.

lol @ nuclearglory...

I like the way that whenever anyone mentions anythign about collisions or a dll, you just pop out of nowhere and tell people about your collision dll...

(don't take it the wrong way, i just find it amusing)

Keep up the good work though...

@Darwin
Thanks, I hope you find it useful

@JessTicular
rofl. Yep, that's what it's there for

I'm working on a 3rd person demo for the collision system right now. Making some fine-adjustments to the DLL so it runs nicely for you all
