puffy is reffering to the particle commands in DBPro. particles are just what they sound like: particles. they can be colored, positioned for effects like rain, snow, fire ect. but i wouldnt advise using them because they are SLOW!!! a more speed-concious effect would be to make a series of frames that can be outputed to a plain in your game that always stays rotated towards the camera(get the texture maker trial and chech out the particle generator)
