How would one go about submitting a high score from an app to their personal Facebook page?
Example
"<name> just scored <number of points> playing <name of game>!"

First you need to "Create an App" in the Facebook developers bit, then you need to configure this for "Website with Facebook login" and "Native Android App" or "Native iOS App" (This bit had me stumped for months)

Then in your AppGameKit App, you need to FacebookSetup(), FacebookLogin() and then FacebookPostOnMyWall()

Sorry it's such a short summary, it's quite late here. I'll elaborate more tomorrow if you need further explanation
