FPSC Classic Product Chat / My game don't loading

Long ago I am having serious problems the game that I create is not loading and I have done several things already ran as administrator, tried the troubleshooting but no results.
What I do I promised I'd throw this game in the forum worked hard on it but I'm being prevented because of this problem!

What versions of FPSC are you using?
What error messages do you get?
What are your system specs?

Windows 7 Pro, Intel i7 3.8 GHz, 16GB DDR3, NVIDIA GTX 780 4GB Superclocked

The problem appears after the game and exported 1.18 my version does not have the error message to the load only

Don't know if it's related but try adding msvcp71.dll and msvcr71.dll to your game's directory.

If you started a project in v1.15 or v1.16 or even earlier then moved to v1.17and above you are more likely going to have issues with your game.

V1.17 was a major change in the source and projects made in early version just don't work very well and not very compatible.

It is advised that you keep with an early version and then start on a new project when moving to v1.17 or above.

Project sometime convert well and sometimes they don't

It does not work it seems that this problem has no way to stop it continues even when loading a level.

You can't keep swapping version as the fpsc builds the games different in v1.16 and v1.18.

Its always best to back everything up before going to a newer version.

The level may be corrupted now with swapping.

The best thing is to make sure to clean all dbo files and bin files before loading the level.

I'm also dealing with the same problem I created a game with 8 levels in V1.18 windows 8, intel celeron, ram-4gb and when I start the game the loading bar does not move tried everything I've tried to seek answers in forum but so far no one has a solution to this problem and I promised some time ago that the game would launch the forum but so far without success because of this problem.

Rebuild the maps in a newer version. It sucks to have to do the extra work, But the level will be more optimized with the newer updates.

You will end up shooting your self trying to get it to work if you don't rebuild them.

Pirate Myke is right you might need to rebuild all the levels as they could be corrupted now.

This is a common problem due to that v1.17 and above builds the games in a different way to older versions.

Hello everybody.

These times down here I decided knock on the door of the owners of The Game Creators and asked them why these problems with my game the loading bar does not move and I told them that my system is 4GB of RAM.
They answered me that the classic FPS Creator only supports systems up to 2GB of RAM and 4GB of RAM just for this new version FPS Creato Reloaded bear more complete levels with many entities, effects and so on.

This is a load of rubbish anf the game creators need to learn there own software but hey they not worked on classic for so long they don't know the product anymore it seems.

You can in fact use 4gb ram if you using a 64bit system using a patch.

The 2gb limit is in fact due to classic is a 32bit app and relaoded has the same limits.

You can have as much memory in your system you want I have 8gb ram and don't have any problems.

If you built your game and have the loading bar problem this has nothing to do with memory cap as its already built the level.

The problem is something to do with the testlevel.zip files and was a bug in older versions, this was fixed in newer versions of fpsc.

Upload a link to your built game and I check it out if you want.
