When I go to test it, it says 'runtime error 134' or something like that. Can anyone help me solve this?

Please be more specific. What operating system are you running, and what hardware is your computer using?

Guessing it's a binary the main application can't find or get permission to. May also be a permission being denied to access a memory resource. Usually, in my experience, the cause. I'll bet OP is running Vista or higher.

OP: as stated, you need to post most info. But make sure you have all the right permissions and make sure you have all the dependencies.
Edit: Try disabling your antivirus before running it too.
