Anyway I was gonna say they should've found a replacement first.
Crits:
I get this vibe of "trying too hard" so far as their posing for the camera goes.
The loose, sleeveless vests etc. don't go with tight jeans.
Actually lose the tight jeans.
Lose the sleeveless tops.
Actually, toss the wardrobe, cap as well.
Get rid of the nose-thing.
Photos: Your Black and Whites aren't too bad and you're heading in the right direction. Grab a music magazine and have a look, maybe you'll get some ideas.
Of course it's no good until your subject matter learn to match their wardrobe better, no offence. They also need to be more natural in front of the camera. You should maybe follow them and just take lots of snaps until they get used to the camera. You may get lucky with a great shot in the process.
Of course this is all subjective anyway. Maybe, hell forbid, they'll start a new trend.
