How can I edit the Setup.ini to get the highest quality graphics, dynamics lighting, and such.
Also, does X9 have anti-aliasing?

Nice to see you here. I personally like Wolf's guide to
"lightmapping" to help with quality. Scrolling down you'll
see the suggested "setup.ini" settings.
