FPSC Classic Product Chat / My Game is Having an Error

I have a built game and when I play it and click on "New Game" in the main menu, I get a message that says:

Dark Basic Pro - Enhancements Expansion Pack Runtime Error
13

But after I click on Ok the game continues loading and still seems to run fine.
I've attached a picture of it.
What does this mean and how could I fix this?

I am running Windows Vista 32-bit and FPS Creator version 1.18.017

Have to make sure you run the game with admin rights.

Right click and run as administrator and see if that helps.
