I wanna use music from another game and release my game for free. Is that legal? If not, where can I find the FREE musics?

You can't take music from one game and place in another for distribution, unless the creator of the music/game has given explicit permission that this is allowed, particularly a game like Medal of Honor. In the case of this game, you would need to contact the company (companies) involved (Dreamworks Interactive/Electronic Arts), not seek a legal answer here.

There are plenty of sites that have music available that can be used in your developments. For example, an excellent site is Incompetech and there is a wide range of music. Be certain to read the FAQ- it is very clear on what can be done. Same with other sites.

And for the record, age of the game is not a factor. Copyright is copyright.

There's no problem that can't be solved without applying a little scripting.

plus look in the FPSC store there are tons of musicians and ambient artist that have tracks for sale that is completely legal to use when you purchase it.

No, you CANNOT use music from other games. Its copyright infringement, and could land you in some serious trouble with the company's that made the game.

Make your own music or as disturbing13 said, there are tons of musicians and ambient artists out there that have tracks for sale that are original pieces of work.
