ok i thought of something i wanted to implement in my game when fighting off enemies (no actual humans) im trying to link object limbs with a particle effect explosion i want to explode a model i think its possible just have never heard of any one doing it and so i need some help doing it im not that good at particles ive been looking at the particle bomb example in dbc trying to figure how to explode this model im assuming youd be using offset limbs?

It would be easier to unweld all the polys from the vertices and manually animating that feature in the death frames. you dont really want each polygon to bounce off walls etc right but just to explode and then dissapear?. Save yourself a tonne of grief and animate it inside the models animation data then just play that as your death sequence.

it hase a explod object plugin so it will do it for you in a
animation.

hmm i didnt of that idea just have that blow up as a animation by unwelding the ploys i just wanted to have like a particle effect sort of like the particle bomb explosion example i want all the limbs to be detached in a explosive way
