Are there any third party dll's that will load bsp's in dbc. If so where can i find them and if not are there any other good map creators out there?

I doubt that you could load a bsp map into DBC even with the use of dll's... It's just not set up for it. Whereas DBPro has specific functions etc for it...

Good map editors? Have a look on this very site, in Showcase, or somethign like that, and you'll find all of the best ones out atm.
