2D All the way! / sprites are slowing me down

hi i have a question to all. sprites are slowing me down. i have a good computer so i no its not that. i have sync 0 too and im deleting the bitmaps. so if you could help please do.

u might try limiting the amount of sprites on screen or something

Regardless of which version you have, you could try switching the backsave option off for your sprites ... of course, this means that you'll need to redraw the background yourself, but you should find it turns out faster.

Plug-ins ... get 'em while they're hot, they're lovely
