Tell me, please, I understand that if you write a program in Tier2 AGK2, you can use the services for the organization android background processes? including obtaining GPS coordinates and send messages over the network?

You might be able to do this with some modification to core.cpp, but I don't think it is likely. It is currently set up to "stop" the process when it moves to the background. I've not seen in core.cpp where any of the java methods for start/stop are called so you might not be able to do this. Explore the core.cpp file and other cpp files for the engine, you might discover something.
