I've managed to set up AppGameKit 2 with Eclipse on my Mac by following the Android guide: http://www.appgamekit.com/documentation/guides/25_android.htm

To be honest I hate Eclipse, I wonder if I can do a setup like this for Android Studio or IntelliJ. Has anyone done this successfully with AppGameKit 2?

I would also like to know about the possibility of using IntelliJ for this, its a fine IDE

I wonder if they ever plan on rolling everything into the AGKv2 IDE. I would love the choice to use Tier 1 and Tier 2 all from the included IDE (as I REALLY like the AGKv2 IDE).

Being able to use the included IDE's app streaming feature while using Tier 2 would be mind blowing imho

Pretty much impossible. For Tier 2 it makes much more sense to use VS2013 or similar.

I would imagine that a fairly high priority is to get Android Tier 2 working with the new Android Studio as AFAICS it is actually no longer possible to follow the Tier 2 Android set up, you can't download the composite Android zip files from google any more (though you can do it by downloading Eclipse etc. seperately still).

It is fairly unlikely that the broadcast thing will be done for Android (it's broadcasting the media and bytecode, it would have to broadcast an actual App for T2) though it is possible, and it's almost certainly impossible on Apple devices because of the security (same reasons they don't allow the AppGameKit Player in the iTunes store)
