Has anyone else experienced this issue with insert files?

Results in "works.agc:1: error: Unexpected token "print", insert file must be followed by a new line"

think u must press enter at end of last line. behind print("HI")

Hi Markus. That was my first thought and I did press Enter at the end of the line. Still does not work I'm afraid. In fact, I can add lines after the print command and all produce the same error.

Which Print is it referring to, there are 2?
Comment out the Print in the Do Loop and see what happens, it may give some more clues.

Are you using the latest version of AppGameKit V2 (2.0.11)? The #insert command had different issues in earlier builds, even in 2.0.08 would not work at all. But I just tested your code in 2.0.11, Steam version, and it works fine.

very stupid, u must enter new row before the print.
then the error disappear.

kind of nonsense why the compiler can't add hisself...

@Markus I haven't installed 2.0.11 yet, was just about to upgrade when I came across your post. So, on 2.0.10 at least, simply hitting enter before the insert file will work!
