I've noticed that particles are always stretched, and are not a square image as defined by the particle size function.

Has it always been like this? I didn't really use the particle system much in any of my previous games so I've only just noticed it.

i think the source image must be square too, maybe its not.
and u must use SetVirtualResolution + SetDisplayAspect

I can't say I've noticed my particles being stretched. Do you have an example for us to look at?
