ok so on further testing and a mess up on my part when i changed the true and false statements i missed a few sections i did not change all is working as it should and i like it

Great news, I thought that DBPro had major problems on Windows 8.1.
The true/false issue I believe is caused by the corrupted .DBPro files.
Unless you have another plugin that declares true and false.
I only use them to make the code more readable.

well with windows 8.1 the error most people got or i did was a compatibility mode error even if i changed the settings it did not work how ever there was a ide given out to help fix that located http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=209135&b=1 made by John Y i believe
for the true or false for me simple as just change the names as i was told to do it must be in a main plugin i use so easy enough to swap some names around
